Self-Exclusion Option

If at any time you feel that you are spending too much time and/or money on Fantasy Sports EVO you may consider taking a break and applying a Self-Exclusion. Simply email us at and tell us how much time (3, 6, 9 or 12 months) you need and we will make sure your account is locked. You will be prevented from logging in and being able to make any deposits or join any contests during that period.

  • Any upcoming entries will be canceled and refunded to your account – except for contests that are full or those with a start time within 24hrs from the moment you self-excluded.
  • You can contact to withdraw any remaining funds from your account.
  • We will suppress your email address from receiving any future promotional / marketing messages. Please allow up to 48hrs to have your email removed from promotional emails.
  • If you decide that you would like to come back and play at the end of your self-exclusion period, contact Each request for reactivation will be evaluated individually.

Permanently Close Your Account

Concerned About a Family Member?
If you believe that a family member has a gambling problem and is overspending on Fantasy Sports EVO, please contact for help.
You may be able to exclude the daily fantasy sports player from participating in paid contests or set deposit limits. In order to process such requests, Fantasy Sports EVO requires a form of proof such as (a) person making the request is jointly obligated on the credit or debit card associated with the player’s account, (b) proof of legal dependency of the player, and/or (c) any additional documentation validating the relationship between the requestor and player.
