Self – Exclusion

 

Playing Daily Fantasy Sports on Fantasy Sports Evolution should provide a way to add even more excitement while watching your favorite sporting events.  Any player that feels they are spending too much time or money on Fantasy Sports Evolution should consider taking a break.  Any player that would like to take a break & disable their account – may do so by applying a Self – Exclusion at any time.

Simply email us at selfexclusion@fantasysportsevo.com and tell us how much time (3, 6, 9 or 12 months) you need and we will make sure your account is locked – preventing you from logging in and being able to make any deposits or join any contests during that period.

 

  • Any upcoming entries will be canceled and refunded to your account – with the exception of contests that are full or those with a start time within 24hrs from the moment you self-excluded.
  • You can contact support@fantasysportsevo.com to withdraw any remaining funds from your account.
  • We will also suppress your email address from receiving any future promotional / marketing messages. Please allow up to 48 HRS to have your email removed from promotional emails.
  • If you decide that you would like to come back and play at the end of your self-exclusion period, contact selfexclusion@fantasysportsevo.com Each request for reactivation will be evaluated individually.

 

 

 

 

Permanently Close Your Account

If you would like to permanently close your account – for any reason, please emails us at selfexclusion@fantasysportsevo.com and please enter “Permanent Self-Exclusion” in the subject line.

 

Concerned About A Family Member?

If you believe that a member of your family has a gambling problem and is overspending on Fantasy Sports Evolution – please contact selfexclusion@fantasysportsevo.com for help.

You may be able to exclude the daily fantasy sports player/consumer from participating in paid contests or set deposit limits.  In order to process such requests, Fantasy Sports Evolution  requires the following forms of proof:  (1) person making the request is jointly obligated on the credit or debit card associated with the player’s/consumer’s account; (2) proof of legal dependency of the player/consumer; (3) the existence of a court order requiring the player/consumer to pay unmet child support obligations & (4) any additional documentation validating the relationship between the requestor and player/consumer.
