Yes. The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) of 2006 states that fantasy sports, such as Fantasy Sports EVO, is considered a game of skill at the federal level. Each state, however, has their own rules. Currently, we are in 28 U.S. states and Canada (excluding Ontario). We are continuing to work hard to bring our exciting platform to players in additional areas.

Individuals of majority age located in certain states, Washington D.C., and Canada (excluding Ontario) are eligible to play in our Paid Entry contests.

Free contests are available to anyone located anywhere in the United State and Canada. Paid entry contests, however, are only permitted in select states. To see if you are located in an eligible state, check out our Eligibility Map.

No. Once you create a username, you can not change it. This helps us monitor accounts and ensure fairness.

Yes! Fantasy Sports EVO keeps all deposits and contest winnings in a separate Players Only account, which is managed by a separate entity called Fantasy Sports EVO Players Account, LLC

You can Add Funds to your account from major credit cards such as American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

Fantasy Sports EVO uses an industry leader and trusted partner TSEVO to process all payments using their GIDX platform

When you deposit via credit card, there will be an immediate hold placed. However, it may take up to three business days for the full amount to be charged to your account.

You can easily withdraw funds by visiting our Withdraw Funds page and make your payout request. Once your payout request is approved, you will receive an email to select how you would like to receive your funds.

Requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 8am – 5pm.

We offer ACH withdrawal and funds will go directly into the bank account you prefer.

•  Depending on your bank, it could take up to 72 hours for the funds to be available in your account.

If your Fantasy Sports EVO winnings exceed $600 for the year, you are required to report those winnings as part of your annual income to the IRS. We will email a 1099 to all users who earned more than $600 to help you report your earnings.

•  Yes! Lineups may be edited any time leading up to the start time of the first game on the contest slate.

•  Once the contest starts, the contest will move from “Upcoming” to “Live” where lineups become locked and can no longer be edited.

Well that depends…. If it’s a Guaranteed* contest, the contest will run regardless if filled or not, and EVO guarantees the Prize Pool (this is typically for our larger contests). For all Non-Guaranteed contests, players’ entry fees will be automatically refunded back to your account if the contest does not fill.

*Guaranteed contests are indicated with a “G” next to contest name in the Lobby.

•  If a game is canceled or postponed and rescheduled to a time within the current NFL Week Game Set, the game will be included in the contest and teams listed to play in that game will accrue scoring points.

•  If a game is rescheduled for a time outside of the current NFL Week Game Set, the game will be disabled from the contest and teams listed to play in that game will NOT accrue points. Teams you selected for your lineup as of the time of the lock of the disabled game will remain in your roster and will not accrue points.

•  If all the scheduled games on the same day / contest date are canceled or postponed and rescheduled to a later date, the contest will be canceled, and all participants’ entry fees will be refunded to their account.

•  Games are “known” to be canceled or postponed once their status is updated as such by Fantasy Sports EVO stats provider, GOALSERVE.

Winnings will be credited to the player(s) account once the contest settles. All contests are settled approximately seven hours after the last game of the contest ends and the contest is moved from Live to History. The wait time is to ensure all stats are validated.

No. Employees are prohibited from playing any public contests offered in our lobby.

If at any time you feel that you are spending too much time and/or money on Fantasy Sports EVO you may consider taking a break and applying a Self-Exclusion. Simply email us at selfexclusion@fantasysportsevo.com and tell us how much time (3, 6, 9 or 12 months) you need and we will make sure your account is locked. You will be prevented from logging in and being able to make any deposits or join any contests during that period.
