Eligibility

Individuals located in the U.S. and Canada are eligible to play in our Free Entry contests, as well as take part in our Create Your Own Private Contest.
Individuals located in certain states, Washington D.C., and Canada (excluding Ontario) are eligible to play in our Paid Entry contests (see below for complete list). At Fantasy Sports EVO, we are continuing to work hard to bring our exciting platform to players in additional areas in the future.

Alaska, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

You must be 18 years of age (21 in Massachusetts) to make a deposit on Fantasy Sports EVO. To deposit and/or play for money you must be physically located in one of the below states.
